C&S is seeking an experienced Overnight IT Systems & Network Support Engineer for a full-time overnight position in Jefferson City. The position may be performed remotely for portions of the shift, but the employee must live within a reasonable distance of the Jefferson City worksite and be able to report onsite when technical issues require hands-on support. Salary/hours for Overnight IT Systems & Network Support Engineer: $70,000/yr. benefits package; 11 p.m.–7 a.m. or 12 a.m.-8 a.m. Responsibilities:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong IT support, systems administration and networking background
- Minimum 5 years of experience with:
- Windows Exchange Administration, including Exchange 2010
- Windows Server environments, including Server 2008
- Windows Domain Administration
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- DNS and DHCP
- Microsoft 365/Entra
- Minimum 3 years of experience with:
- VMware vSphere
- Cisco networking technologies
- Fiber-attached SAN storage
- Experience supporting Internet protocols and VOIP systems
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Experience providing remote and onsite end-user support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Ability to prioritize multiple issues and remain productive under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare IT experience
- Familiarity with healthcare, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage environments
- Experience with RSA, JIRA, Exchange, SharePoint, and Mitel phone systems
