Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial, industrial, and/or residential environments. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and control systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Install and troubleshoot electrical panels, breakers, lighting, outlets, switches, and motors.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical systems.
- Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment to identify hazards or defects.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and service performed.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- 3 years of electrical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
- Proficient with electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools.
- Valid driver’s license
