Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service — ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, positive retail experience
- Professional Communication — engage customers via email, phone, and text with clarity and courtesy
- Present Quotes & Estimates — provide accurate pricing information and secure customer approval
- Customer Satisfaction Focus — maintain a high commitment to follow‑through and service excellence
- Team Collaboration — support dealership goals and consistently meet daily quotas
