Responsibilities
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments accurately using RF scanners and manual methods
- Operate warehouse materials handling equipment such as forklifts and automatic inserting machines safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and organize shipments in accordance with company procedures, ensuring proper storage and handling
- Perform data entry to track shipment details, delivery status, and inventory records using Microsoft Office tools
- Conduct quality checks on mail processing, shipment sorting, and distribution tasks to maintain high standards
- Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including preparing items for shipment and verifying delivery accuracy
- Maintain organized filing systems for documentation related to warehouse operations and mail distribution
Requirements
- Proven warehouse experience with a focus on materials handling and shipping & receiving processes
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners confidently
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in sorting, filing, and data entry tasks
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work as needed
- Basic math skills for measurement, counting, and verifying shipment quantities
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including load & unload procedures, shipment sorting, and use of automatic inserting machines
- Prior experience working with warehouse distribution systems or logistics software is preferred
