POSITION FUNCTION:
The Quantitative Research Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading internal coordination and execution of client research projects from design through reporting. This position requires independent ownership of tactical project components and collaborative engagement with senior team members to support successful deliverables and recommendations to clients. Senior Analysts also mentor junior staff, contributing to both project success and team development.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties:
- Independently manage all internal phases of simple survey projects, including programming, field coordination, quality control, data processing, and report publishing.
- Support senior team members on complex projects, contributing to research design, execution, and reporting.
- Develop or help develop screeners and questionnaires that address research objectives.
- Apply data processing and statistical principles - including complex variables - to create and manipulate data tables, and explore hypotheses.
- Leverage tools such as Q and Displayr for data checking, report population, and hypothesis testing.
- Create research objective-driven deliverables for simple projects with curated data, clear narratives, and actionable insights, including report set-up, data posting, data analysis and editorial write-up. Identify key themes and conclusions. Assist in the same manner on more complex projects.
- Maintain high quality standards and apply best practices across all phases of project execution.
Leadership Duties
- Mentor and coach junior analysts on both technical and soft skills. Provide timely and constructive feedback and support professional development.
- Collaborate with team members to manage workload and ensure timely delivery of results.
Client Support Engagement Duties
- Attend client meetings and presentations; present findings in a clear, confident, and engaging manner when appropriate.
- Build client trust through consistent project execution and thoughtful communication.
- Stay informed about clients’ industries, businesses, and customers to enhance relevance and impact of insights.
Other Duties
- Build internal relationships through reliable project support & follow-through.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Stay informed about clients’ businesses, industries, and customers.
- Contribute ideas for improving C R’s processes, products, and services.
- Share knowledge and experience with colleagues.
- Stay current with industry trends and research methodologies.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Maintain regular attendance and uphold professional standards.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 4 years of hands-on experience conducting custom marketing research projects on the supplier side.
- Preference will be given to candidates with tracking studies experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.
- Positive, engaged, and proactive attitude.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Office environment. May require some travel to client sites.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
