Job Summary:
C.R. Jackson is hiring a Ground Crew Member to work at our asphalt plant. In this role, you’ll help keep the plant running smoothly by doing hands-on work like cleaning, moving materials, and helping with maintenance. You’ll work outdoors, use tools, and support the plant team to make sure we produce high-quality asphalt.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain plant work areas

• Assist with loading materials and keeping the site organized

• Help plant operators and mechanics with daily tasks

• Use hand and power tools to complete basic labor tasks

• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times

• Be ready to work on weekends and nights when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)

• Experience in construction or plant work (a plus, but not required)

• Able to lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

• Willing to learn and follow instructions

• Good attitude and strong work ethic

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
