What You’ll Do
- Assemble, wire, and test electrical panels and switchgear
- Read schematics and perform precise point-to-point wiring
- Troubleshoot wiring issues and verify quality before shipment
- Work closely with engineering and production in a safety-focused shop
What You Bring
- 1 year of experience in electrical wiring, panel building, or switchgear assembly
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable using hand and power tools and electrical test equipment

Requirements:- 1 years of experience in electrical wiring, panel building, or switchgear assembly in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
- Basic understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, and component identification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment safely.
