CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Sales Director for a company here in the Syracuse area. We are looking for someone who has experience selling through distribution since our client manufactures the products but only sells through distribution. This person will manage the distribution network and an internal team of 2. They are selling to hotels, restaurants etc. There is not a lot of travel- maybe a couple of trade shows a year and some site visits with distributors. Qualified candidates must have leadership experience and be driven. This is a hands on leadership position.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Time management and ability to work independently.
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Experience in the HVAC/Controls industries a must.
This is an on-site position.
