C.R. Fletcher Associates is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in the Canastota area.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled professional to identify potential projects and prepare comprehensive bids, ensuring accurate estimates of project costs, risks, and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Review proposal specifications, estimate overall costs, and evaluate project risks and timelines.
- Work with customers to meet their goals and expectations for sitework, providing expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in civil sitework and heavy highway construction is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
