Growing manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of sales and customer support reps on a national basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Set sales strategy and vision supporting company’s growth plan and objectives
- Coach, guide and manage sales team
- Analyze data, identifies trends and key opportunities, develops forecasting
- Manage and grow distributor network in the US and Canada
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Sales Leadership experience on a national level
- Experience in manufacturing and/or working with a dealer network
- Proven track record in creating sales strategy resulting in growth
- Collaborative and coaching leadership style
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
