Wash Technicians are responsible for washing tractors and trailers and carrying out all other daily duties that ensure effective operation of a maintenance department.

Summary
Wash Technicians are responsible for washing tractors and trailers and carrying out all other daily duties that ensure effective operation of a maintenance department.
- Performing interior and exterior detailing responsibilities per company guidelines.
- Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area
- Assist in ensuring local and federal regulations are followed regarding water usage and run off.
- Perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized
- Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment used in washing to keep them in proper working order
- Assist Mechanics with shop duties as appropriate; be available to shop leadership for projects as needed.
- Handling urgent situations in a professional manner.
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Able to work with car washing equipment/pressure washer and identify proper chemicals and products.
