Customer Service Representative
C & R Building Supply is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable customer service representative to field and answer incoming customer calls
- Answering in-bound customer calls
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Following-up on customer orders and inquiries
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product, service or order
- Knowledge of building supplies, lumber, plumbing a plus
- Creative thinker with attention to detail, and exemplary time management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Possess a positive attitude
