Role Description This full-time Insurance Producer role is a remote position based in West Bridgewater, MA, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Insurance Producer will prospect and develop new client relationships, conduct needs assessments, and recommend appropriate personal and commercial insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotes, presenting coverage options, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records in the agency’s systems. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, supporting policy changes, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely renewals. The Insurance Producer is expected to uphold high standards of ethical conduct, deliver consistent, professional service, and actively contribute to agency growth goals.
