This position involves installing, servicing, and maintaining illuminated and non-illuminated signs at commercial locations. The ideal candidate has experience in the sign industry, installing various different types of signage, and has extensive knowledge working with power tools, and lift equipment.ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain electrical and non-electrical signsTroubleshoot wiring, transformers, LED systems, and electrical componentsSafely operate bucket trucks, boom lifts, ladders, and power toolsRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work ordersEnsure all work meets local electrical codes and safety standardsCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersMaintain tools, equipment, and company vehiclesQualificationsExperience in sign installation, electrical work, or a related tradeBasic to advanced knowledge of electrical systems (LED, neon, low/high voltage)Ability to work at heights and lift up to 60 lbsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong attention to safety and detailAbility to work independently Ability to run a crew Willingness to Train ApprenticesPreferred (but not required)Electrical license or certificationExperience operating bucket trucks or cranesOSHA or safety training certificationsBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesHealth insuranceDental InsuranceRetirement PlansPaid time off and holidaysCompany DescriptionFamily Owned Sign Company Founded in 1948
