Chicago Oriental Wholesale Market is a fast-paced Asian food & beverage wholesaler looking for a dedicated Bilingual Chinese Sales Representative to join our growing team!
Must speak : English and (Chinese/Thai/Viet)
Monday - Friday (8-5pm Full Time). Customer site visits required

Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls and manage inbound orders, payments, and inquiries
- Build customer relationships, recommend products, and resolve issues or complaints
- Ensure order accuracy, monitor inventory changes, and communicate updates to customers
- Maintain strong product knowledge to support sales and customer needs
- Grow accounts by reaching out and visiting new and existing customers
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to fulfill and verify orders, including pickups
- Handle follow-ups, returns, and escalations as needed
- Support basic administrative tasks (invoicing, statements, account updates, payment processing)
- Provide team coverage and assist with general sales and operational duties
- Work both in-office and occasionally in the field visiting customers
