Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Receptionist based in Walnut Creek, California. The Front Office Receptionist will manage daily reception duties, including welcoming clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining front office organization, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will also assist in handling basic administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with phone etiquette, including the ability to answer, screen, and route calls professionally.
