Seeking admin professional with construction/excavation industry experience
Great attention to detail and accuracy required.
Ability to multitask along with strong administrative, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing daily office responsibilities
- Data entry
- AP (matching packing slips to invoices, sourcing approval, entering accurately, filing, pulling for check run)
- Reconciling various accounts and monthly statements from vendors
- Maintaining organized filing systems - both electronic & paper
- Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, clients & employees by phone, email, text, fax
- Managing subcontractors (insurance certs, W-9, etc.)
- Collecting, categorizing, scanning and filing all receipts
- Supporting payroll organization
- Supporting owners & office staff
- Other administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years office experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Programs & QuickBooks; knowledge of ComputerEase a plus
- Strong administrative skills (scanning, filing, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
