Who are you?
You’re detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. At C&N, we’re seeking a Temporary Deposit Operations Representative I to support our Deposit Operations team with lock box processing and payment operations.
In this role, you’ll help process mailed payments, scan and balance transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the timely handling of customer remittances. You could be responsible for:

Lock Box Processing: Assist with daily lock box operations by opening and processing incoming mail, verifying payment information, preparing deposits, and supporting remittance processing activities.

Scanning & Data Entry: Utilize imaging equipment to scan checks and documents while accurately entering payment and account information into operational systems.

Balancing & Reconciliation: Balance deposits, reconcile transactions, and research discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Operational Support: Monitor workflows, prepare and distribute customer notices, maintain records, and assist with additional Deposit Operations processing tasks as needed.

Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Ensure all work is completed accurately and in compliance with bank procedures and operational standards.
Requirements:
Education & Experience – You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND less than one (1) year of previous related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of June through the end of October.
