Who are you?
You’re motivated, friendly, and ready to make the most of your summer by gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. At C&N, we’re seeking Associate Universal Bankers (Seasonal) to support our branch teams during the busy summer months.
In this role, you’ll work at one or multiple branch locations, helping customers with transactions, answering questions, and introducing them to products and services that meet their needs. You’ll build valuable customer service skills while gaining exposure to the banking industry.

You will be responsible for:

Customer Service & Relationship Building: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide accurate, timely support for account inquiries and service requests.

Teller Transactions & Branch Operations: Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other account services while maintaining accuracy and following established procedures.

Problem Solving & Support: Research and resolve customer questions or concerns, ensuring a positive experience and timely follow-up when needed.

Product Awareness & Referrals: Engage in conversations to understand customer needs and introduce C&N products and services, referring customers to specialists when appropriate.

Technology Support: Assist customers with digital banking tools, including enrollment, activation, and troubleshooting across devices.

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a positive, professional experience in every interaction while upholding C&N’s Customer Service Standards.
Requirements:
Education & Experience – You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a willingness to learn. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Schedule:
- Seasonal position for the summer months (mid-May through mid-August)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays as needed
- May travel between assigned branch locations
