C'mon Inn Missoula is seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, and hardworking Night Maintenance/Janitorial Technician to join our team. This shift, once training is complete will be 3PM-11PM including Friday and Saturday nights. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong sense of professionalism and a desire to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our hotel facilities. The successful candidate will conduct routine systems maintenance and upkeep, perform daily janitorial duties, and help create a welcoming environment for our guests. C'mon Inn is a 119-room, lodge-style hotel in Missoula, MT and we provide guests with a range of unique amenities, including two pools, 5 hot tubs, a 24-hour fitness center, an arcade room, a ping pong table, a business center, meeting spaces, a full complimentary breakfast in our courtyard with indoor waterfalls, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on hotel facilities, including basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
- Handle daily janitorial duties such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies
- Respond promptly to guest service requests related to maintenance or cleaning issues
- Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks, such as snow removal or landscaping upkeep
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial, or housekeeping roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed
