Outside Sales Development Representative
$21/hr Bonuses | Syracuse & Surrounding Areas | Full-Time or Part-Time | Paid Training
Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to earn great money while building your marketing skills?
As a Sales Development Representative at C. Michael Exteriors, you’ll go door-to-door in local neighborhoods, engage with homeowners, and set free consultations for our award-winning home improvement services. No selling — just great conversations and appointment-setting!
What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Start genuine conversations with homeowners to introduce our services
- Schedule free in-home consultations for our design team
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Track your progress and contribute to team goals
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, shine, or snow!)
- Join daily meetings and receive ongoing coaching and support
