Are you detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and ready to be part of a team that produces high‑quality precision components? C&M Precision Tech is looking for a Wash/Laser/Pack Operator to help ensure our parts are spotless, accurately marked, and packaged with care.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect precision parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Wash and prepare parts following established processes (no oil, tarnish, or water spots!)
- Operate our laser marking equipment to apply precise, consistent markings
- Package parts according to posted procedures and work instructions
- Keep accurate documentation of shift activity, inventory, and production logs
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support smooth shift‑to‑shift transitions
