What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inspections and Quality Coordinator position at C & M Plumbing Inc.?
C&M Plumbing & Septic is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to manage inspections and punch list coordination across our new construction projects.
This role is critical to keeping our jobs moving. You will be responsible for tracking inspections, communicating results, and ensuring issues are quickly routed to the field for resolution.
We complete 150–250 inspections per week, so this is a fast-paced position that requires strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and track inspections across multiple job sites
- Monitor and log inspection results daily
- Communicate failed inspections and punch items to field supervisors quickly and clearly
- Ensure issues are assigned and followed through to completion
- Maintain accurate records in our internal operations management system
- Coordinate with internal supervisors and builder superintendents
- Help keep jobs on schedule by ensuring fast turnaround on corrections
- Assist in managing punch lists and job closeouts

Experience
- No prior construction experience required

Position Details

- Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
