What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tool Room Attendant position at C & M Machine Products, Inc.?
C&M Precision Tech is a veteran-owned, world-class provider of precision engineered and manufactured parts, components and assemblies. In our 90,000 sq ft facility, located in Hudson, NH we have the resources to help our customers manufacture parts that meet the most demanding specifications.
We are very busy supporting the Defense and Aerospace sectors with projects that have a direct impact on our national security and keep our warfighters safe.
The Tool Room Attendant will assist in organizing and maintaining the Tool Room to maximize efficiency and minimize cost to the organization.
Essential Functions

- Review Layout Sheets and fill tool kit requirements
- Ensure that tooling is ordered in a timely fashion
- Organize and maintain the Tool Room
- Ensure that tooling is allocated to specific jobs
- Generate purchase orders in JobBoss within established buying guidelines
- Receive returned job kits and input back into JobBoss
- Determine obsolete tooling
- Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Additional Requirements
- Microsoft Office- Proficient with Excel
- Knowledge of CNC machine tooling preferred
- Ability to understand dimensions
