Job description:
We are looking for a cashier/host staff at our restaurant. The right person will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, be passionate about food and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kickstart your career in the restaurant industry, we’d like to meet you.
- Greet each guest in a friendly and polite manner.
- Handle waitlist and seat customers according to server's sections.
- Collect cash and credit payment.
- Input, package, and hand out takeout and delivery orders.
- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries.
- Running food and bussing tables.
- Thank each customer as they leave the premises.
- General knowledge of restaurant procedures, multi-tasks efficiently, organized, accurate and reliable.
- Prioritizes and works efficiently with limited supervision.
- A positive, upbeat and professional attitude and demeanor.
