Position Summary

We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Account Coordinator to join our team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Coordinate with our customers' inbound and outbound shipments, using customer specific software systems to receive and audit goods/materials
• Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory
• May assist in loading/unloading pallets or placing/removing individual cases on trailers
• General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g. you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.)
• Work with RF scanning equipment
• Respond to customer inquiries (on the phone or through email) and follow the customer specific instructions to manage their inventory stored in our warehouse
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 1 year of work in a warehouse/clerical environment
• Previous experience working with RF scanning equipment
• Previous forklift experience, a plus
• Able to work core business hours Monday through Friday, with overtime

• Ability to repetitively lift 20 to 50lbs throughout the work day without assistance (weight will vary based on product)

• Able to consistently walk in a warehouse environment
