This role manages timecard verification, coordinates travel for field personnel, maintains office organization, and provides administrative support across accounting, HR, and operations. What You’ll Do- Verify employee timecards for completeness and accuracy prior to payroll processing
- Coordinate hotel accommodations and travel logistics for field crews
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Ensure break areas and restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to accounting, HR, and operations teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and office software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, office software).
Compensation: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
