We are accepting applications for an Inside Sales Representative for our Corporate Office in Vinita, OK.  

 

 

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting customers and outside sales representatives through order processing, account support, communication, and daily administrative functions. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient sales operations.

 

·         Answer incoming customer and outside sales calls in a professional and timely manner. 

·         Communicate daily with customers through phone, email, and other business correspondence. 

·         Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. 

·         Coordinate with internal departments including credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, and outside sales to ensure smooth operations and            customer satisfaction. 

·         Assist customers with product information, order updates, and general account support. 

·         Maintain organized customer records and documentation. 

·         Support additional office and customer service functions as needed.

·         High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

·         Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

·         Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment preferred.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and Windows-based computer systems.

·         Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

·         Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Full-time, hourly position 

·         Monday through Friday

·         Occasional evenings and weekends may be required as business needs arise
