Role Description This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role based in St. Louis, MO. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about products, orders, and services. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing returns and exchanges, updating customer accounts, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, warehousing, and logistics to resolve issues. The role involves tracking customer requests, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
- 2 years of customer service, order processing, sales support, purchasing, or related experience preferred.
- Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and clear documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
