Requirements
- Must live within 5 miles of Hibbing, Minnesota.
- Lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly as well as stoop, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a 2-wheel cart.
- Valid Class D driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance (with limits of liability coverage levels within company standards) and a good driving record that meets company standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Must pass pre-employment strength test, background check and drug screening (will not test for CBD/cannabis/THC).
- Ability to manage time and schedule to ensure that work is done at each customer location.
- Ability to use mobile app to log time and miles between customer locations.

- Ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with employees and guests in retail stores.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently in a productive manner.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures.
