Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
Qualifications
- Experience preferred, but willing to train. Heavy-duty candidate must have a Class A CDL.
- Must pass a DOT medical test and a background check and must have a clean driving record.
- Operate heavy-duty Class A and light-duty Class D tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls, providing timely and efficient towing services to our valued customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, offering reassurance and clarity during potentially stressful situations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, ensuring the safety of yourself, your team, and the public.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate towing operations and improve service delivery.
- Document and report any incidents or issues encountered during towing operations to the management team promptly and accurately.
