Store Manager

 

 

 

Supervises all operation, and sub. dept. managers.  Approximately half of the shift is spent doing paperwork, such as interviewing and hiring, schedule writing, bookkeeping, and all other daily reports.  This job is also responsible for all cash and profits of the store.  The other half of the shift is spent dealing with the employees concerns, and customers relations.  This job requires a full understanding of all store operations, including Meat, Produce, Bakery/Deli and Grocery departments.
