In this role, you'll work alongside an experienced driller to help install water wells, operate equipment, and keep drilling projects running safely and efficiently. You'll play an important part in delivering dependable water solutions to our customers while developing valuable skills in a specialized trade.
What You'll Do
- Assist the driller with daily well drilling operations
- Operate the water truck and support drilling activities
- Maintain, clean, and care for equipment and tools
- Help prepare job sites and keep projects running efficiently
- Work closely with the drilling team to complete jobs safely and effectively
What We're Looking For
- A valid Indiana driver's license
- A minimum Class B CDL with the ability to drive a manual transmission
- A dependable, safety-conscious attitude
- A team-oriented approach and willingness to learn
- Enjoyment of outdoor, hands-on work in changing weather conditions
- Mechanical experience is a plus
Pay and Benefits
- Competitive annual pay of $52,000–$62,500
- First-shift schedule, Monday through Friday
- No nights or weekends as part of the regular schedule
