Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist with a strong background in injection molding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product and process quality, addressing customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections of packaging for incoming materials.
- Perform sampling-based visual inspections of incoming materials.
- Measure the profile/contour of reflector products.
- Conduct reflectivity and reliability testing of coated/deposited products.
- Operate D-scanning equipment and perform various reliability tests.
- Understand the key quality characteristics and specifications of C&J mass-production products.
- Support quality control activities and ensure products meet established quality standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing Quality, or a related field is preferred.
- A degree, certification, or other qualifications related to Quality, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Familiarity with D-scanning equipment and various reliability testing methods is required.
- Ability to understand and evaluate the key quality characteristics of mass-produced C&J products.
- Candidates must possess the experience, education, certifications, or other qualifications necessary to perform the duties of this Quality Specialist position.
