Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tower Technician to join our team. This role involves working at heights to install, maintain, and repair telecommunication towers and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in various telecommunications technologies, including AT&T upgrades. Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication towers and associated equipment.
- Perform DC low voltage electrical work as required.
- Work with various telecommunications technologies including 5G, 4G/LTE.
- Execute rigging tasks for equipment placement and removal.
- Collaborate with field service teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed on-site.
Experience
- Proven experience in telecommunications installation or maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with climbing techniques and safety protocols for working at heights.
- Experience with cabling systems and installation practices.
