Men's Associate Designer

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Associate Menswear Designer to join our design team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the creative direction of a leading men's brand while honing your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with the Design Director on seasonal concept development and product execution across underwear, loungewear, and related categories.
• Conduct market, trend, and fabric research to inform design concepts and color stories.
• Create clean, detailed flats and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.
• Assist in fabric and trim sourcing, color approvals, and sample tracking.
• Prepare and maintain accurate tech packs and BOMs throughout the development cycle.
• Participate in fit sessions and communicate clear revisions to global factories.
• Partner closely with production, merchandising, and marketing to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Maintain design archives, mood boards, and seasonal inspiration libraries.
  

• Degree in Fashion Design, preferably with a focus on menswear.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in menswear or underwear design.
• Excellent sense of proportion, construction, and fit.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator a must; Photoshop and InDesign a plus).
• Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
