We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Associate Menswear Designer to join our design team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the creative direction of a leading men's brand while honing your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the Design Director on seasonal concept development and product execution across underwear, loungewear, and related categories.
- Conduct market, trend, and fabric research to inform design concepts and color stories.
- Create clean, detailed flats and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.
- Assist in fabric and trim sourcing, color approvals, and sample tracking.
- Prepare and maintain accurate tech packs and BOMs throughout the development cycle.
- Participate in fit sessions and communicate clear revisions to global factories.
- Partner closely with production, merchandising, and marketing to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Maintain design archives, mood boards, and seasonal inspiration libraries.
- Degree in Fashion Design, preferably with a focus on menswear.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in menswear or underwear design.
- Excellent sense of proportion, construction, and fit.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator a must; Photoshop and InDesign a plus).
- Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
