What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at C-HIT?
Responsibility:
- Shall be the authorized interface with the Government CO, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
- Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating the organization's policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates within a cybersecurity environment.
- Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance, and the ability to manage and complete multiple technical tasks in the assigned Program (s).
Experience:
- Experience in managing complex software projects; Health Care projects preferred.
- Specialized expertise includes SAFe Agile engineering project development from inception to deployment; demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in tasks like the sample tasks provided; proven expertise in managing and controlling funds and resources.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts of this type and complexity, managing program delivery across multiple subcontractors and third-party vendors.
- General experience includes increasing responsibilities in information systems design and management and leading larger technical teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree, Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), and SAFe Agile Certification are preferred.
