We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a thorough understanding of painting techniques and tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying finishes to a variety of surfaces. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting.
- Cut a straight line with a brush
- Roll walls smoothly and efficiently
- Understanding of different kinds of paint and prep materials
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Clean up after each job.
- Must have transportation to get to jobs
- Spraying Experience is a plus!
Qualifications
- Experience in interior/exterior painting
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Knowledge of Benjamin Moore Products
- Skills in spackle and trim prep
- Familiarity with carpentry, drywall, caulking, trim carpentry
- Be able to commute to Asbury Park, New Jersey
