Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Detailer to ensure that each vehicle on our lot meets the high standards our customers expect. This role is essential in maintaining the showroom-ready appearance of our vehicles, providing our clients with an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about automotive care, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment where quality and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to showroom quality.
• Deep clean interiors, including carpets, seats, upholstery, and hard surfaces.
• Apply protective treatments, such as paint sealants and fabric protectants, to maintain vehicle quality.
• Perform light cosmetic repairs, such as buffing minor scratches and touch-ups.
• Conduct meticulous inspections to ensure detailing work meets dealership and customer standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized detailing area, ensuring all tools and products are properly cared for.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Support additional tasks as directed by the Service Manager or supervisory team.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to evolving techniques.
