- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership safety protocols to ensure the secure transportation of vehicles.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer needs promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to coordinate vehicle pick-ups, deliveries, and assist with additional duties as required.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to take initiative and lead tasks effectively.
- Customer Service Expertise: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Red Cap, Outlook, and Google Sheets is preferred.
- Positive Attitude: A can-do spirit with an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Driving Skills: Confident driving various vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation to and from work.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to handling customer and employer information.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to spend most of the day driving and performing tasks related to vehicle preparation and transport.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing schedules and priorities.
