- Week 2: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
- On-Call: 4-5 days per month to cover call-outs.
About the Job:
This is tough, hands-on work - it’s hot, dirty, and physical. But if you like working hard, being part of a team, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this might be the spot for you. Our laborers are the backbone of what we do, keeping industrial sites safe, clean, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general industrial labor in a hot, dirty, physical environment.
- Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and job site tasks.
- Safely follow all procedures and wear required PPE.
- Be available for on-call coverage when scheduled (4-5 days/month). Work closely with your crew and supervisors to get jobs done right.
What We Provide:
- PPE (all provided except steel-toe boots).
- Boot allowance: $100/year after 90 days.
- Uniform service: uniforms are provided & laundered.
