A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FACILITY MAINTENANCE WORKER - CAR PORTER
This part-time position works during the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
As an entry-level Facility Maintenance Worker – Car Porter, you perform a variety of duties around our auto repair shop to ensure our customers receive the best care possible. No two days are the same as you complete jobs depending on business needs. Primarily, you keep our shop and grounds clean and neat as well as wash and vacuum our customers' vehicles. You complete other tasks as needed, including picking up parts from vendors and shuttling customers in a company vehicle. A team player, you also jump in and assist our technicians with auto repairs when necessary. You take pride in your work and feel great about the invaluable assistance you offer our shop!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to successfully work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
