- Own the technical direction and system design of Salesforce solutions end-to-end.
- Translate ambiguous business goals into clear, scalable technical approaches.
- Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to shape requirements and solution direction.
- Lead and mentor offshore and distributed Salesforce developers.
- Establish and enforce technical standards, code quality, and architectural consistency.
- Review designs and implementations with an eye toward long-term maintainability and system health.
- Identify risks early and drive pragmatic mitigation strategies.
- Remain hands-on as needed to unblock delivery or prove patterns.
