- Experience in management of engineering projects involving maintenance, repair, test, product improvement, or alteration of naval ship Hull, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronic and Ordnance Systems and Equipment. Experience with developing, modifying and reviewing naval shipboard technical documentation. Experience in the DOD material acquisition procedures. Experience working with Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Naval Shipyard, Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair and Type Commanders' organizations.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any technical or managerial discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) OR
DAWIA Level III in Program Management - 10 years DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management
