Assist various departments with mortgage related administrative support tasks as well as serving as the primary back-up for the receptionist to answer incoming calls, greeting visitors and clients, and performing administrative duties and other work as assigned.

Assist various departments with mortgage related administrative support tasks as well as serving as the primary back-up for the receptionist to answer incoming calls, greeting visitors and clients, and performing administrative duties and other work as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Professionally greet visitors and clients and provide prompt phone call transfers
- Build and maintain good business relationships with team members across the organization
- Participating in administrative duties such as deliveries, copying, and ad-hoc projects
- Order mortgage loan services, including but not limited to, appraisal, flood certs, title payoffs, verbal verification of employment and homeowners insurance
- Order social security verifications
- Prepare files for quality control audits
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven professionalism, ethics and character
- Self-motivated, resourceful, results-oriented and a team player
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
- Work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Mortgage experience a plus
