Overview
Entry level position to assist the mortgage loan post closing and shipping department as well as serving as a back-up for the receptionist to answer incoming calls, greeting visitors and clients, and performing administrative duties and other work as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Professionally greet visitors and clients and provide prompt phone call transfers
- Build and maintain good business relationships with team members across the organization
- Participating in administrative duties such as deliveries, copying, and ad-hoc projects
- Assist with mortgage loan services, including post closing and shipping needs.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
