Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or banquet settings.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
