What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental equipment.
- Perform field service work using a company-provided service truck.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Demonstrate equipment use when needed.
- Support and train junior techs as needed.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with equipment or vehicle repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with schematics, diagrams, and diesel systems.
- Must have your own tools and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
