Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Monona, WI, for a Registered Nurse at C&E In-Home Care Services. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient health, developing care plans, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Duties also include educating patients and their families, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of care delivery. Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient assessments, care planning, and medical documentation
- Skill in administering medications and treatments, including injections and wound care
- Exceptional communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with families and caregivers
- Ability to maintain infection control protocols and patient confidentiality
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
- Basic life support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with geriatric or in-home care is an advantage
