Our well-established, busy, family medicine practice in San Bernardino is seeking a bilingual full-time Medical Assistant. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and self-motivated individual who can provide exceptional patient care and assist in the daily operations of a small, professional office setting. Looking for someone who is willing to commute to our Newport Beach office once a week.
Responsibilities:
Front Office:
- Greet and register patients in a welcoming manner
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage
- Collect co-pays and payments
- Answer phones, schedule appointments
- Referral coordination with medical groups
Back Office:
- Room patients and record vital signs
- Assist the physician with exams, minor surgical procedures, and EKGs
- Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
