This listing is for an Automotive Service Writer with C&D Tires. We are a locally owned, critical industry service center and tire distribution facility. We service domestic, imports, passenger, commercial and diesel vehicles.
Job Description: As an Automotive Service Writer you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, collecting information, performing research, working with mechanics to provide estimates, logging all repair work performed, invoicing the customers and collecting payment, as well as maintaining store cleanliness among other responsibilities.
Job Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service, verbal, written and phone communication skills and general automotive knowledge. Must be detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking and handling numerous requests at a time.

Job Type: Full Time - Hourly.
Shift Type: Monday – Saturday day shift.
Work Environment: Retail environment. Basic computer and internet skills. High volume incoming calls. Constant standing, walking and reaching.
Required experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license
- Previous general automotive repair or service writing experience.
Salary: Based on experience. $13 - $15 hourly.
On-boarding / Training period: 3 months.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
